This is your chance to be part of the action during the Mountain Bike World Championships. It's the first time so many disciplines will be hosted in the same region, making it a golden opportunity for those interested in multiple disciplines. Volunteering is also a great way to meet amazing people with a shared goal and learn new skills along the way.
If you’re over 16 years old, motivated, and available during the event dates, we’d love to welcome you to the Valais 2025 volunteer team. For some roles, specific skills might be required, such as good physical fitness for track-side positions in Champéry or Aletsch.
While we prioritize volunteers who can help across multiple days and locations, it’s also possible to volunteer for just a few days at a single destination. Volunteers who contribute more days will have access to exclusive additional benefits.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide accommodation for the 1,000+ volunteers participating in the event. We recommend securing lodging early to stay close to the competition sites. Please note that some shifts start early in the morning (around 6 a.m.), when public transport may not yet be available.

Yes, training will be provided both online and on-site. Please check the EHRO volunteer platform closer to the event for more details.
The minimum number of days depends on the role. For competition-related roles, a minimum of three days is required. For other roles, a single day may be sufficient.
You can update your availability on the EHRO platform at any time. However, note that some roles may no longer be available if you change your dates.
Once your registration is confirmed, you’ll receive emails with next steps, including training details, volunteer events, and other important updates.
Volunteers do not receive extra tickets. However, your volunteer badge will grant access to paid areas during your shift.
